This training has been created based on Employees who work from home, and ranging in age from 21-60.
Prior knowledge varies on the individual learners.
Business Problem:
Health insurance costs and rates for this company have gone up since COVID- about 15%. The last wellness survey for employees showed 72% of employees have increased their weight gain and an unhealthy mindset.
Solution:
The goal for this training is to lower health insurance costs by educating employees about mind and body wellness. This will help lower the health incident rate of 60%.
Highlights:
This training is scenario based learning. There is an avatar who takes you through the training with interactive learning tools.
Process:
The main process used for creating this training was the ADDIE method. After analyzing and figuring out the problem and what was needed for the solution, the course was planned using a design document and storyboard. Then it was developed using Canva and Storyline. After the implementation of the training, I would evaluate the learning by using-
Kirkpatrick's level 2 of evaluation- This consists of a 5 question quiz at the end of the course. The passing rate is 80% and uses scenario based questions of some decisions learners will encounter in daily life.
Kirkpatrick's level 3 of evaluation- This would consist of a survey analysis of employees and health incidents 3-6 months after the training.

Audience:
Adult customers who purchase the kiln (ceramics artists, art teachers, school districts, ceramics businesses). Learners range in age from 18-65 and are new to firing a kiln.
Business Problem:
The kilns are needing costly repairs due to customer misuse. Customers need to learn how to enter the correct cone level and speed on their kilns so they don’t burn out the coils and other parts of the heating system.
Solution:
Customers will be able to correctly use a kiln for a low fire clay which will reduce repairs and increase the lifespan of the kiln. They will do this by learning how to correctly input the cone level and speed of their fire.

This training has been created for new pet owners. This target audience usually ranges in age from 18-75.
Business Problem:
Many dogs are being returned within the first 3 weeks of their adoptions. This is devastating to the animals and new pet owners. The clients are feeling overwhelmed and unprepared for this new addition to their family.
Solution:
The goal for this training is to lower the percentage rate of dogs being returned to the shelter by 60%.
Highlights:
This training is interactive and tries to engage the learner with real life problems that may occur, and how to prepare and deal with them. There are drag and drop interactions, and a hidden pictures information page.
